Refund policy

RETURNS

All our products are fully guaranteed and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We will exchange or refund if the item purchased is unsuitable provided the stock is un-used and the packaging is in the same condition as when it was sold. We regret we cannot accept returns for sale/discounted items as they are considered final sales or for coffee which has been ground.

All postage for exchanges must be covered by the customer and sent with a self addressed pre-paid envelope for return items. Faulty products however will be replaced or refunded without additional postage costs.

All items are carefully packed. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us so we can remedy the situation. We would appreciate all returns on faulty/damaged stock being made within 1 week of the date of receipt.

MISSING PARCELS

If you think your parcel may have been lost, please contact us on 0419 504 702 during business hours or email beans@surfcoastcoffeeroasters.com.au with your purchase details. If you have chosen Express Post, we will provide you with your unique express post identifier number, enabling Australia Post to locate your parcel.
